Mer De Verre
Mer De Verre, or Sea of Glass, represents a basin of life. It starts with the birth of a coral's life in the form of colorful single celled creatures evolving into complex forms. The metal represents the blood of life while the enamel (glass) is the water that feeds it; a metaphor for continuity and existence. Birth emerges in that meeting point of land and water.

These longer versions of the Fluo earrings are individually handmade. Each piece is coated with layers of glass over copper and finished with a sterling silver lever back earring. The Lever back earrings make this classic style reversible! The silver hook wire is available too with a silver bead backing that makes them reversible too. Subtle variations in color and metal growth are a result of the unique process. Our designs are made to order; please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
