PRODUCT, ORDERS, AND FEES

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with TATTUAGE® you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. TATTUAGE® retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party, which you have contracted with. This will usually be TATTUAGE® or may in some cases be a third party. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

OUR CONTRACT 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods, which you ordered, have been dispatched to you and you have paid for your goods. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

PRODUCT, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

TATTUAGE® attempts to describe its products as accurately as possible available on our website. However, TATTUAGE® does not certify that our product descriptions are exact, complete, up-to-date, or error-free. All content, specifications, products, images, and prices described on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain sizes, weights and descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Packaging may vary from that shown, including all materials sold in each kit. We make our best to showcase accurately our solid brass Jewelry however, color variations in product photos will occur due to natural variations in shadows and lighting and the digital devices use. 

The inclusion of any products or services on the website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these will be available at any time. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or refuse service to any customer. Occasionally, manufacturing and/or distribution delays of a certain product or service may occur for a number of reasons. On such occasions, we will sensible to notify you of any delay and revise our delivery schedule. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms.

In the event that a TATTUAGE® product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TATTUAGE® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled TATTUAGE® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

PAYMENT 

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

FEES AND TAXES

You are responsible for the purchase of, and payment of charges for, all Internet access services and telecommunications services needed for the use of this Website. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We cannot confirm the price of any product until you place your order. TATTUAGE® may charge you sales tax at the time of your order. TATTUAGE® currently charges sales tax for purchases shipped from Kansas City, MO and may charge sales tax on purchases from additional states in the future. If you become aware of any unpaid sales taxes or other amounts with respect to any purchases, you must promptly report this to TATTUAGE® and must timely pay such taxes or amounts.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

INCORRECT PURCHASE?

TATTUAGE® does not take ownership of returned items until the item arrives at our shop. In the occasion that the return or exchange is due to TATTUAGE®  incorrectly filling an order, product damaged in shipment, or defective product, TATTUAGE®  will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred with such return if TATTUAGE®  is notified within 3 days of receipt of the product.

RETURNS

Upon return and revision of the item and agreeing to faulty shipment, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery or ship you a new item. However, improper packaging and shipment returned may be nullified if our product arrives leaking or exposed to freezing temperatures. TATTUAGE® adhesive must NOT be shipped under freezing weather. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs associated with any unused return within 30 days of purchase. Used items are non-refundable.

Only online purchases from our website may be returned directly to TATTUAGE®. These exclude purchases made from any retail stores.  Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back unused with its original packaging to our shop within 5 days of authorization.

SHIPMENT

The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost, damaged, or freezes in transit. Pack the unused items in their original package carefully to avoid damage in transit; you are solely responsible for any such damage. DO NOT ship in freezing temperatures as this will damage the adhesive. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time. You may also exchange your first purchase by following the return policy and then placing a new online order.

CANCEL AND ORDER?

If your order has been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order. The sooner you cancel your order by contacting us immediately, the easier and faster the transition will be.

*Any custom pieces or special orders are non-refundable. We are not responsible for improper care of our jewelry once purchased and delivered to our customers.
